What you’ll bring to the table:

• Your Approach & Mindset:
• Empathy-First Delivery: You have experience in collaborative, customer-facing software teams (internal or external), giving you a natural feel for how to build trusted supplier-client partnerships.
• Methodology Mastery: You have a deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other delivery methodologies, choosing the right framework for the job.
• Adaptive Leadership: You're comfortable wearing different hats and adapting your style, helping teams find the silver lining and deliver remarkable work even when things get tough.
