Currently deploying capital from its latest fund, it offers a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. The firm is seeking a motivated individual to join its investment team. The role involves sourcing and analysing early-stage investment opportunities, participating in the investment committee, and adding value to portfolio companies through active engagement and board roles.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the investment process, from sourcing opportunities and conducting analysis to executing deals and supporting portfolio companies post-investment.
- Build strong relationships with founders and stakeholders across the investment ecosystem, maintaining connections even outside of active fundraising cycles.
- Conduct thorough assessments of potential investments, covering financial, operational, and market factors to identify opportunities and risks.
- Prepare and deliver detailed investment cases to the investment committee, demonstrating strategic insights and clear articulation of views.
- Provide ongoing guidance to portfolio companies, including support with fundraising, talent acquisition, and operational improvements.
