Our client is seeking 2 x Investment Associates to join the London investment team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, large-scale energy transition investments across Europe and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Conducting financial modelling, due diligence, and valuation analysis for prospective investments.
- Supporting deal origination, execution, and portfolio management activities.
- Preparing investment committee presentations and participating in strategic decision-making processes.
- Monitoring and managing portfolio company performance, driving value creation initiatives.
- Collaborating closely with senior investment professionals and contributing to broader team initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Private Equity, M&A Investment Banking (Industrials/Energy/Renewables).
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with a track record of working on complex transactions.
- Demonstrated interest and understanding of the Energy Transition sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to interact with senior stakeholders.
- A team-oriented mindset combined with a self-starter attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Fluency in an additional European language is advantageous.
