Our client is seeking 2 x Investment Associates to join the London investment team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, large-scale energy transition investments across Europe and beyond.

Responsibilities

  1. Conducting financial modelling, due diligence, and valuation analysis for prospective investments.
  2. Supporting deal origination, execution, and portfolio management activities.
  3. Preparing investment committee presentations and participating in strategic decision-making processes.
  4. Monitoring and managing portfolio company performance, driving value creation initiatives.
  5. Collaborating closely with senior investment professionals and contributing to broader team initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  1. 2-5 years of relevant experience in Private Equity, M&A Investment Banking (Industrials/Energy/Renewables).
  2. Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with a track record of working on complex transactions.
  3. Demonstrated interest and understanding of the Energy Transition sector.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to interact with senior stakeholders.
  5. A team-oriented mindset combined with a self-starter attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
  6. Fluency in an additional European language is advantageous.
