Candidate Requirements
  • 2 - 4 years of experience within corporate development, investment banking, transaction services, or private equity, with clear exposure to buy-side M&A transactions.
  • Strong preference for candidates with Energy Transition, Infrastructure, or Renewable Energy experience, particularly those who have worked on transactions involving decarbonisation, offshore wind, hydrogen, or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated experience working on M&A processes end-to-end, ideally representing the buyer.
  • Highly analytical with robust financial modelling and valuation skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, capable of preparing concise, senior-facing reports and presentations.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
Opportunity Highlights
  • Join a market-leading platform delivering large-scale projects that enable the global energy transition.
