A leading global infrastructure and real assets investment manager is seeking an Analyst/Associate to join its London-based Distribution team. The firm partners with institutional clients worldwide to manage high-quality infrastructure assets that support essential services and economic growth. The firm is looking to appoint an Analyst/Associate to join the London-based Distribution team, supporting global fundraising, investor relations, and business development activities. This opportunity offers an excellent platform for a motivated individual with 2–4 years of relevant experience to develop their career within a specialist infrastructure investment manager.
The Analyst/Associate will work closely with senior members of the Distribution team, contributing to fundraising campaigns, investor servicing, and broader relationship management initiatives. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in infrastructure investment and institutional capital markets.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and maintenance of investor materials, including presentations, pitchbooks, due diligence responses, and marketing documentation
- Management and maintenance of the firm’s CRM system, ensuring accurate investor records and tracking of engagement activity
- Coordination of investor meetings, roadshows, events, and follow-up processes
- Support of investor due diligence processes, data room management, and responses to investor requests
- Collaboration with internal teams, including Investment, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, to support fundraising and client servicing requirements
- Market research and competitor analysis to support fundraising strategy and investor targeting
- Contribution to the preparation of reports, briefings, and internal updates for senior management
- 2–5 years of relevant experience within investor relations, distribution, capital raising, or institutional client servicing - ideally within private markets, asset management, investment banking, or a related sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality materials for sophisticated institutional investors
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with private markets or infrastructure investing is advantageous but not essential
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM platforms is beneficial
- A proactive mindset, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to delivering high standards of work
