An established growth equity investor is seeking an Investment Associate to join its high-performing London team. This is a rare chance to work across the full deal lifecycle—from sourcing new opportunities to supporting portfolio companies through to exit—in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

The Role
- Research and source investment opportunities in targeted sectors, including life sciences, financial services, and industrials.
- Build relationships with founders, operators, and industry leaders.
- Evaluate potential investments - analysing market opportunity, leadership strength, product fit, and financial performance.
- Support deal execution, including due diligence, negotiations, and legal processes.
- Collaborate with portfolio companies on growth strategies, talent acquisition, and exit planning.
Requirements
- 2–5 years’ experience in growth equity, investment banking, consulting, or transaction services.
- Strong academic background with proven analytical and financial modelling skills.
- A genuine interest in technology, ideally with exposure to enterprise software.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Self-motivation, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
