The firm invests in high-growth, mission-critical software companies across Europe and the UK, partnering closely with founder-led and sponsor-backed businesses to support international expansion, product scaling, and value creation. The Role
- Evaluating new investment opportunities within enterprise software and technology-enabled services
- Building detailed financial models, investment cases, and valuation analyses
- Conducting commercial, market, and competitive diligence
- Supporting deal execution, including coordination with advisors and management teams
- Working closely with portfolio companies on growth initiatives, strategic projects, and board materials
- Contributing to ongoing portfolio monitoring and exit preparation

Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, growth equity, private equity, or corporate development, with strong exposure to technology or software
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills

- Commercial judgement, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine interest in technology-driven growth businesses
