The firm partners closely with founders and management teams to support scaled growth, international expansion and long-term value creation.

As part of continued growth, the firm is looking to hire an Investment Associate to join its London-based team.

The Role

The Investment Associate will work closely with senior investment professionals across the full investment lifecycle, including:

• Sourcing and evaluating enterprise software and technology-enabled investment opportunities across the UK and Europe
• Building detailed financial models, including operating models, valuations and return analyses
• Conducting commercial, financial and market diligence
• Preparing investment committee materials and supporting transaction execution
• Engaging directly with founders, management teams and advisors
• Supporting portfolio companies on strategic initiatives, add-on acquisitions and value creation projects

This is a hands‑on role within a lean investment team, offering early responsibility and strong exposure to live transactions.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in growth equity, private equity, venture capital or technology‑focused investment banking
• A clear interest in enterprise software, B2B SaaS and technology‑enabled services
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
• High‑quality written and verbal communication skills
• Good commercial judgement and intellectual curiosity
• The ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
