We are currently looking to recruit a stockroom assistant to support our retail team at our busy Guildford store over the weekend. Your key duties will include the following:

  • Accurately booking in stock arriving from our warehouse for customer collection orders over the weekend
  • Unloading and loading of vehicles with minimum supervision
  • Picking stock to be transferred to our main warehouse to fulfil customer orders
  • Booking in all stock replenishment arriving from our warehouse
  • Other general store and warehouse duties

For this role we are looking for a self-starter with good communication and IT skills, with good attention to detail. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to work on your own and to tight deadlines. and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. In addition, you will ensure that the stockroom is well organised, tidy and a safe environment for employees at all times.

Please note there is a considerable amount of physical work and heavy lifting required in this position.

Additional days during the week will be available for holiday cover and busy trading times.
