We are recruiting a highly organised, detail-focused administrator to join our fast-paced Purchasing Administration Team. You’ll need excellent organisational and administrative skills to manage and maintain a large and fast-moving number of purchase orders raised by our buyers every day.

  • A high level of computer literacy, especially MS Outlook and Excel, including extracting data from Excel and using lookup tables and formulas.
  • Clear and articulate telephone manner.

  • Excellent time management and prioritisation with a commercial mindset.

Key Tasks

  • Maintain stock purchase orders with up-to-date stock and delivery information.
  • Communicate key information from suppliers to sales staff, warehouse goods in team and other stakeholders.
  • Liaise with suppliers to confirm delivery times for outstanding purchase orders and update systems daily.

  • Contract Type: Full Time
  • Working Hours: 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday
  • Salary: £27,000 per annum
