We are looking to appoint two dedicated and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitors to join our busy, city centre firm. We are rapidly growing and offer a career path for those looking to progress within the profession and firm. The successful candidates will play a vital role in managing property transactions, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring smooth conveyancing processes for our clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, contributing to high-quality service delivery in residential property law.
Duties
- Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Draft and review legal documentation.
- Conduct property searches and liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and clients to facilitate transactions.
- Provide clear legal advice on property law, contractual obligations, and potential risks associated with transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements throughout the conveyancing process.
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure all deadlines are met efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication.
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor specialising in residential conveyancing.
- Proven experience managing residential property transactions independently.
