Engineer Surveyor Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent in an electrical discipline
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition
  • City & Guilds 2391 OR 2394 and 2395
  • COMPEX 01-04 Desirable not essential
  • Hands on experience of fixing, inspecting, maintaining, repairing or servicing relevant equipment
  • UK Driving licence
  • Customer facing skills

Engineer Surveyor Main Accountabilities:

  • Inspection and certification of fixed wiring (cabling, trunking, traywork, fixed electrical, control panel, conduit)
  • Autonomy of personal diary
  • Streamlined and simplified recording of inspections
  • Maintaining client relationships
  • Operate within agreed authorities, inspection and H&S standards
  • Clear customer focus and drive to achieve optimal service delivery
