You will support the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager, lead shifts and guide the care team to deliver safe, nurturing and therapeutic care for children and young people.

The role requires Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, at least 2 years' experience in a children's residential setting, and a full UK driving licence.
