You will be working shifts, on a rota basis one month in advance from 8am to 8pm at £20.00 per hour, Monday to Sunday, working alternate weekends.

THE ROLE
- Supporting a wheelchair dependent gentleman who lives independently in his own home.
- Supporting the family in all aspects of running a family home.
- Supporting and managing a small team of staff.
- You will be working to a rota also including working alternate weekends.
- Main responsibilities for the role comprise of assisting with all aspects of personal care.
- Performing household tasks to maintain a safe and hygienic home.
- Preparing meals and assisting during mealtimes.
- Providing companionship at home and on social outings.
- Working in Pontblyddyn, Flintshire, near Wrexham.
THE CANDIDATE
- You will ideally be an experienced carer and team leader with a number of years' experience.
- Naturally you will be caring, friendly and patient.
- You MUST be reliable as clients depend on you for their day-to-day care.
- For the right person with the qualities of compassion, understanding, good communication and commitment, we offer specialised training in the needs of spinal injured clients.
- Successful applicants are required to provide a DBS. Disclosure expense will be met by the employer.

THE BENEFITS
- £20.00 per hour including enhancements for bank holidays plus mileage allowance at £0.45 per mile.
- Full-time position available with a Permanent Contract.
