KITCHEN SHOWROOM SALES CONSULTANT – KITCHEN REFURBISHMENT – TWICKENHAM (TW2) – PART TIME– UP TO £16 PH + BONUS & BENEFIT

Kitchen Showroom Sales Consultant required for our client who are the UK’s leading and award‑winning Kitchen makeover company. Our client specialises in renovating existing kitchens instead of replacing, typically saving customers 50% of the cost of replacement.

Due to their continued growth and success, they are now recruiting for a Part Time Kitchen Showroom Sales Consultant to work from their new Twickenham (TW2) Branch.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A KITCHEN RETAIL SHOWROOM POSITION – WORKING IN A KITCHEN SALES SHOWROOM

The Role

  • First castell shortcode : /home/item1?slug rgc?0:-(sponsored)>point of contact for customers coming to the showroom.
  • Show customers the products and services on offer (e.g. kitchen doors, worktops, handles).
  • Arrange and book appointments for a team member to carry out a home/site visit and take measurements.
  • Take phone calls from potential and existing customers.
  • Follow up on internet and email enquiries.
  • Help customers choose colours, styles, etc.
  • Ensure the showroom is clean and tidy at all times.
  • Carry out general admin duties such as quotations and other administrative work as required.
  • Part‑time role: 5 days per week, 9.30am to 3.30pm (hours can be discussed).
  • Work as part of a small team, helping out in all departments as business dictates.
  • Work from the new Twickenham (TW2) Branch.

The Person

  • Experience in a customer‑interaction role, preferably in a showroom setting.
  • Showroom experience in kitchens, bathrooms, builders’ merchants, DIY stores, or similar retail environments is desired.
  • Friendly disposition and ability to engage customers.
  • Strong interest and enthusiasm for home improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and look after the showroom on your own.
  • Confident in converting an enquiry into a lead or site visit.
  • Availability to work Saturdays as required.
  • IT proficiency: email, Word, Excel, and Microsoft suite.
  • Excellent customer service skills with great customer‑facing skills.
  • Hands‑on and happy to assist across all departments.
  • Live within a commutable distance to the new Twickenham (TW2) Branch.
