Home Carer Required – Mold Area

We are seeking a compassionate individual to support a gentleman with a spinal injury, helping him live independently at home with his children. This is a fulfilling opportunity to become part of a small, supportive team and have a meaningful impact on someone’s daily life.
YOU MUST HAVE A FULL DRIVING LICENCE, TO DRIVE THE GENTLEMAN’S ADAPTED VEHICLE AND HAVE YOUR OWN CAR.
Pay & Hours Days (Monday–Sunday): £16.00 per hour
£18.00 per hour after training completion
Nights (8pm–8am):
£16.00 per hour (waking hours)
£13.50 per hour (sleep hours)
About the Role Supporting a gentleman with a spinal injury
Wheelchair dependent, living independently at home with his children
Assisting with personal care (washing, bathing, continence care)
Preparing meals and assisting at mealtimes
Carrying out light household duties
Working on a rota basis, including weekends
What We’re Looking For Caring, friendly, and patient nature
Reliable and committed
Previous care experience preferred but not essential (full training provided)
Full UK driving licence required & your own car
Must be able to drive an adapted vehicle and have access to your own car
Benefits £13.50 – £18.00 per hour including enhancements
£0.45 per mile mileage allowance
5 weeks holiday plus
