Are you an experienced MRICS Valuation Surveyor who is looking for a new challenge? With our ever expanding work in the Property Market in London and the South East, we are looking for a talented, enthusiastic professional to join our team of experts.
As part of our Valuation Surveying team, you will be expected to maintain positive relationships with key clients, Estate Agents, Solicitors and Accountants. Providing accurate and timely quotes to clients, conduct thorough site surveys with comprehensive notes, prepare reports and engage with new business development.
To be a suitable fit, you will need to be MRICS qualified and be able to commute to properties both within the M25 area and the Home Counties. You will have Bank/Secured Lending valuation experience. The ideal candidate will have worked across Commercial or Trading sectors.
You will report to the Valuation Team Managers and will work with clients at all levels in a variety of sectors. Customer satisfaction is one of our primary goals. As such, we are seeking someone who will always strive to provide the best possible work for the team and our clients, and to consistently complete tasks to the agreed time and a high standard of quality.
A competitive salary with benefits and bonus arrangements is being offered for this position dependent on experience.
