We are looking for a Graduate Surveyor to join our Valuations team working in and around Central London.

Are you:

  • A graduate looking to train in a wide range of residential and commercial valuations, as well as some landlord and tenant work.
  • Currently studying on the APC program (or have experience).

What you will do:

  • Provide useful and professional support to AWH’s surveying team.
  • Perform at a high ability, demonstrating commitment, intelligence and determination during a program of basic training.
  • Go beyond shadowing surveyors and participate in one of the best internship programmes available in the industry.
  • Approach and conduct your internship with enthusiasm, hard work and commitment, making you vastly more employable.
  • Receive respected and professional employment references from a period of work experience.
  • Be supported on the APC program, ensuring qualification as MRICS.
