We have an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified Solicitor in our Commercial Litigation team in Edinburgh. Working with Katrina Lumsdaine, Scott Flannigan and the commercial litigation team you will be based primarily in Edinburgh. You may be advising corporate and commercial clients, public bodies and private individuals. You will be involved in litigation, including advocacy work, as well as alternative dispute resolution.

The role will involve:

  • General commercial litigation including corporate disputes and contract disputes
  • Licensing board work
  • Insolvency work
  • Assorted general litigation
