Senior Learning & Development Adviser We’re looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Learning & Development professional to join our team.

This is a great opportunity to take on a visible role working closely with partners, senior leaders and colleagues across the firm to shape how learning supports performance, capability and client service.

Reporting to the Head of Learning and Professional Development, you’ll combine strong L&D expertise with an interest in technology and how it can improve the way people work and learn.

You will be expected to: Work across the firm to identify development needs and design practical, engaging learning solutions that support our people at all stages of their careers.

This will include: Designing and enabling the delivery of learning across legal, professional, business and technology areas Leading training on Microsoft 365 and firm systems for new and existing colleagues Working with stakeholders to understand development needs and translate these into effective learning solutions Developing and maintaining clear, high-quality learning materials Using learning systems to deliver and track training activity Supporting trainee solicitor development and firm-wide employee development programmes Contributing to L&D and technology-related projects Providing key information for audits, accreditations, awards and tenders Exploring how emerging technologies, including AI, can enhance learning and productivity Key characteristics: You’ll be an experienced L&D professional who enjoys working with others and influencing how learning supports business performance.

You’ll also bring: Strong technical skills, including Microsoft 365Experience designing and delivering learning solutions Confidence working with senior stakeholders A practical, organised and proactive approach Interest in technology and new ways of working A collaborative mindset, with the ability to use your own initiative Why this role This role offers real scope to grow.
