The roleWe have an opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor based in our Lerwick office. The work would involve all aspects of private client work with a particular focus on wills and powers of attorney, lifetime trusts and will trusts, and the drafting and administration of these. You will also be involved in meeting clients and advising on executry administration. STEP qualification would be desirable but not a necessity.
