You'll lead a motivated team, help drive excellence, and ensure our customers receive a top-tier onboarding service.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead & Inspire: Guide and support a high-performing team to deliver an excellent onboarding experience.
  • Develop Talent: Provide ongoing training, one to one coaching, and day to day support to help team members thrive.
  • Drive Results: Monitor workloads, review performance, support the smooth running of the team and report on key insights.
  • Shape Processes: Contribute ideas for process improvements to keep our systems and workflows running efficiently.
  • Support the Team: Work alongside the team in handling onboarding tasks while also managing team resources, handling escalations, and collaborating with fee earners and support teams to resolve onboarding queries efficiently and ensure health & safety standards are met.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment would be beneficial.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a team leader, supervisory or people management role.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • A strong grasp of office processes and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Leadership skills to inspire, develop, and support your team.
  • Experience within onboarding is helpful but not essential.
