Product Development Executive Oswestry £28,000 – £30,000 With excellent benefits An exciting opportunity to join the Product Development team within the European Market Leader. The successful applicant will become a member of the Product Development team and assist with all aspects of product development for the UK market. This role would be perfect for someone who has a strong interest in technology or product development. Experience required. * Previous experience within a product development or technical based role desirable but not essential * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 Experience with Microsoft Teams, Jira, Trello, Jasper, Sage ERP, Product Information Management (PIM) systems, Qlikview and Microsoft Dynamics CRM desirable but full training will be provided – * Excellent literacy and numeracy * Professional communication skills * Experience in presenting both physical and virtual presentations. * Able to work well independently and as part of a dynamic fast-paced team. * Able to prioritise and work to deadlines and other time pressures. * Able to commute reliably to the office and to work extended hours on occasions when required to meet the demands of the role. * Must have a clean (or near clean) driving licence. * Self-motivated with a desire to succeed Key duties and responsibilities * Developing a detailed understanding of users’ needs and requirements through building customer relationships * Conducting market research into existing and future product development areas * Developing an in-depth technical understanding of product fundamentals * Working with internal and external teams on the development of new product * Testing of product prototypes and feedback to development teams * New product idea generation and contribution to the ongoing improvement of existing products * Updating of PIM system to ensure accurate product data is available across all channels. * Issuing product change notifications * New Product Introduction – ensuring education across all internal teams and availability of data for integration with business systems and material. * Providing technical support to internal departments on escalated cases – Supporting overflow on technical support calls To apply for this role please contact Sarah Dyehouse at Anderson Scott Solutions
