West Midlands (Hybrid working available) Circa Β£50,000 Our client, who are a true leading global brand, are seeking a talented and commercially minded Marketing Manager (UK) to lead and activate their brand presence across the UK and European markets. This role is ideal for a dynamic marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, generating demand, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Joining a team of 5 within Marketing and Creative department, this role has variety and challenges of new product launches, new website and printed work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver regional marketing strategies that reflect brand values and support sales goals in the UK.
- Localise global product launch campaigns and generate market-specific messaging.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, print and events.
- Produce compelling marketing content including studies, press releases, blog content, social media, video.
- Work closely with the internal design and comms team to ensure consistent tone, storytelling, and visual identity.
- Support PR and media partnerships.
- Lead brand presence at UK events.
- Collaborate with the sales team on client events and networking opportunities.
- Manage and optimise digital marketing activity including website updates, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to inform marketing decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 4 yearsβ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a designed focused environment such as interiors, luxury high end product design, real estate, automotive, bespoke products or architecture. Can come from an agency or end user background.
- Creative thinker with strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience managing events and campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, CMS platforms, Adobe Suite, social media).
- Excellent project management and interpersonal skills, able to agree objectives and get on with achieving them.
This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive, Brand Marketing Manager, Marketing and Creative Manager. You will be joining a Global Brand that is expanding in current and new markets / sectors. Monday to Friday 37 hr week. West Midlands based 2 days per week ideally and WFH or Clients / Events 3 days. 25 days annual leave plus BH and pension.
