We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm for an experienced Legal Support Services Team Leader to join their leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual to lead a central legal support function, ensuring the delivery of high-quality administrative and client support services across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and support the Legal Support Services team, including legal administrative assistants, client services and telephony staff.
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the shared legal support function, ensuring an efficient and accurate service is provided.
- Monitor team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and service standards, taking appropriate action where required.
- Ensure administrative workflows are completed accurately and within agreed timescales to support legal teams across the firm.
- Supervise front-of-house reception and client service functions, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for clients and visitors.
- Oversee the timely transcription of legal dictation using speech recognition technology.
- Review and monitor the opening and processing of new client and matter files, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
