My client is a manufacturer of high-end hardware and interior design products. They supply all across the UK, Europe and US. They have a team of expert designers who provide exquisite service to ensure their customer receives the exact product they desire with the tiniest detail within their specification. This needs to be matched by the quality of service provided by the Customer Experience Team.
The suitable candidate will have experience in a customer-service role, using initiative and a proactive approach to deliver excellence in customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. You will have a positive, can-do attitude, are a team player and can effectively find solutions to problems.
Key Responsibilities:- First point of contact for all incoming enquiries
- Responsibility for client relations
- Answer all customer queries and issues in a timely manner
- Work closely with the Operations team to chase orders
- Deliver a customer-centric mindset
- Manage returns and credits
- Communicate issues and escalate when necessary
- Consistently provide exemplary service
- Actively improve current processes to improve efficiency
- Provide ad hoc support to the team and wider business
- Excellent written and verbal skills
