A rapidly expanding firm is looking to recruit an experienced Secretary / Administrator to join its Shrewsbury based team. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a professional environment such as Legal, Medical, Accountancy, etc.

Key Experience

  • Excellent keyboard / typing skills
  • Professional telephone manner and a good communicator at all levels
  • Good organisation, planning and prioritising skills
  • Ability to work in a busy environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role

Key Duties

  • General secretarial, administration and reception support to the department
  • Attending meetings, on occasion taking notes / minutes
  • Typing letters, reports and general correspondence
  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with questions and enquiries
