My client is a highly reputable and established manufacturing business who supply all across the UK, Europe and the US. They have a team of experts who provide exquisite service to ensure their customer receives the exact product they desire with the tiniest detail within their specification. This needs to be matched by the quality of service provided by the Customer Experience Team.

The suitable candidate will have experience in a customer-service role, using initiative and a proactive approach to deliver excellence in customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Consistently provide exemplary service
  • Provide ad hoc support to the team and wider business
  • Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Organised and effective time-management
  • Team player who can be resourceful and a creative problem solver
  • Experience using SAP is desirable

Hours of work - Monday to Friday (39 hours pw) with early finish on Friday (office based work)
