Due to continued growth, our market-leading Estate Agency client is recruiting for a Mortgage Advisor to join their successful and friendly team based in Quedgeley, Gloucester. This could be a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has recently qualified with their CeMap Qualification and is looking for their foot in the door to the mortgage advisory world.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing clients with suitable recommendations from the whole of the Broker market for Mortgages and a panel of providers for associated protection policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Conducting face-to-face and telephone appointments with clients
- Giving clients advice & recommendations
- Arranging mortgages and pure protection policies to achieve KPIs
- Responding quickly and effectively to all communication from clients
- Motivating and communicating with colleagues
- CeMap qualification or equivalent CF1 & CF6
- Planning and organisational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Driven to achieve results
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm, with a day off in the week (you will have the option to swap up to 2 Saturdays per month)
Salary: Competitive basic salary + car allowance and generous commission structure (basic salary variable subject to experience)
