Our well-established manufacturing client, based in Tewkesbury, is currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. As part of the Commercial team, the Internal Sales Administrator will process customer orders, keep order information up to date across internal systems, and work closely with the Sales, Supply Chain, and Production teams to ensure orders are delivered as promised.
To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience in a similar position and be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment where accuracy, strong organisational skills, and excellent communication are essential.
Responsibilities:- Process customer orders accurately and on time.
- Update and maintain order information in internal systems and Salesforce CRM.
- Work with Sales, Supply Chain, and Production to ensure orders are delivered as promised.
- Support Account Managers with order administration and customer queries.
- Identify and escalate any issues with orders, stock, pricing, or deliveries.
- Keep accurate order records and prepare basic reports.
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve queries and provide order updates.
- Assist with quotations and general administrative support when required.
- Follow Health & Safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 4pm
Salary: up to £30,000 depending on experience + 23 days holiday (plus bank holidays) + free onsite parking
