Our client based in Quedgeley, Gloucester has a brand-new permanent opportunity to join their existing fun and super friendly team. The company has been established for over 25 years and is the UK's largest stockist in their sector for standard products but also specialises in the fabrication of bespoke products to suit their customers' needs and requirements.
The role of the Quotations Administrator is to deal with incoming customer enquiries by telephone and email, assisting the sales office manager and sales team with daily sales administration activities.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with telephone enquiries from customers and suppliers.
- Raising quotes on email and via system.
- Supporting the sales team with general operations to help reach the team's objectives.
- Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
- Following up of quotes.
- General office administration.
Whilst office experience is beneficial, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
