We are currently recruiting for both experienced and trainee Property Managers to join our award winning and leading local estate agency clients based within the Gloucester area.
As Property Manager you will work within a supportive team responsible for your own portfolio of properties from the initial check in of tenants through to the end of tenancy and everything in between! You will be liaising with a variety of different people from tenants and landlords to contractors such as electricians and plumbers therefore, you must be a confident communicator.
Although previous experience within property or lettings is beneficial, our clients are happy to provide full training as long as you can demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, whether that be from retail or hospitality, and a determined mindset. This is a fantastic opportunity to take that next step in your career as you will also be given the opportunity to grow alongside the company as well as being offered support with industry specific qualifications.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Day to day running of a portfolio of properties
- General administration duties including handling emails and incoming calls
- Manage all maintenance issues and liaise with necessary parties to ensure they are dealt with effectively
- Communicating with / between landlords and tenants as required
- Communicate with contractors to arrange appointments and repairs
- Book and complete property visits and inspections during and at the end of tenancies
- Carry out rent reviews and chase any overdue rents
- Handle all deposit disputes and refunds where required
