Our award-winning travel client in Cheltenham is seeking a Travel Consultant to join their friendly and knowledgeable team on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive, inclusive environment with excellent career progression.
As a Travel Consultant, you'll design and sell unforgettable luxury tailor-made holidays worldwide, managing each customer's journey from initial enquiry through to their return home. Your personality and customer service skills will be key to building lasting relationships and repeat business.
You’ll work in a premium retail environment, delivering a highly personalised service - whether over a coffee, tea, or glass of champagne - creating inspiring travel experiences tailored to each client's preferences and budget.
- Passion for travel with good destination knowledge (long-haul experience preferred).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends.

Hours: 37 hours across 5 days (including weekends on a rota). Part-time (4 days) options available. Monday to Saturday: 9:30am - 6pm & Sunday: 11am - 5pm.
