Due to continued success, they're looking to recruit an experienced Estate Agent to join their friendly, ambitious and supportive team.

- Negotiate property sales to achieve agreed targets
- Conduct property appraisals and prepare marketing information
- Manage buyers and sellers throughout the sales process
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors and all parties involved in transactions
- Generate mortgage referrals and promote the company's additional services
- Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system
Requirements:
- Previous estate agency experience within residential sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle
