Our excellent client in Tewkesbury is looking for a reliable PCB Test Technician to join their friendly, growing team on a full time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Production Test team leader, the aim of your role will be to test and inspect all types of manufactured products (electrical circuit boards) against defined requirements and parameters.
- Carry out In-Circuit Testing (ICT) and functional testing of PCBs, readers, daughter boards, power supply units (PSUs), and other electronic assemblies.
- Identify, diagnose, record, and report product faults and quality issues.
- Perform rework and repair of PTH (Plated Through-Hole) and fine-pitch SMT soldering defects.
- Complete first-off inspections in accordance with Bills of Materials (BoMs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality requirements.
- Ensure products meet specified test procedures, parameters, and quality standards.
- Accurately record test results and inspection data using company systems and documentation.
- Communicate test failures, production issues, and quality concerns to relevant teams.
- Support continuous improvement activities by identifying problems and suggesting solutions.
- Assist other production areas, including PCB assembly, general assembly, and stores, as required.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Follow company quality, health and safety, and manufacturing procedures at all times.

Hours: Monday-Friday: 7.5h per day / 37.5h per week. Shifts will only be worked within operating hours (06:00-18:00)
Salary: £25,700 - £30,900 per annum (£13.17 - £15.85 per hour) depending on experience + benefits including:
