Our client, a forward-thinking, leading law firm with clients nationwide, is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator & Receptionist to join their successful team on a permanent basis from their Gloucester office. The role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations. They are looking for a proactive individual who will manage all administrative tasks whilst offering a warm and welcoming presence on the front desk. As one of Gloucestershire's most prestigious law firms, our client is committed to investing in each individual's personal and professional growth and offers continuous training to enhance career development.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist all clients, visitors and staff upon arrival to the office
- Answer and forward any incoming phone calls
- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and room bookings
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, faxes, and deliveries
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy, presentable, and equipped with necessary stationery and materials
- Provide administrative support to all departments, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Candidate Attributes:
- Good IT skills with use of Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
