Brand new opportunity to join a close-knit, friendly and driven team! Our client is currently recruiting for an ambitious and proactive individual to join their Payroll Department on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build or develop their career within a supportive and professional environment. This will be based from their offices in Mitcheldean on an ongoing temporary basis.
To be considered for this role, you should demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Previous experience within an office or finance environment would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:- Assist with the Processing inbox and respond appropriately to queries raised by Candidates, Customers and internal stakeholders.
- Import all new starters and apply the relevant information.
- Manage all incoming employee tax queries and pay related issues.
- Manage all incoming P6s, P9s and Student Loan deductions.
- Evaluate all invoices to ensure they are true and collectable.
- Manage all P45 requests.
- Handle Bacs rejects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
Salary: £12.71 per hour
