The company has a very low turnover of staff, and they now have a rare opening for a brand-new CAD Designer to join the team. Working within modern recently newly refurbished offices, this role blends imaginative retail storytelling with precise technical execution, turning brand concepts into compelling in-store displays, fixtures, and promotional environments. You will work closely with design and production teams to develop innovative retail display solutions that elevate experience and drive commercial impact. If you are passionate about shaping how customers interact with brands in store, this role gives you the platform to make a real impact.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop 2D and 3D retail display concepts, including temporary, semi-permanent, and permanent displays.
- Create detailed technical drawings and production-ready specifications using industry standard CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Rhino, Solid Edge, or similar).
- Understand materials and measurement in steel and timber, also good skill with render packages.
- Translate brand guidelines into engaging in-store visual solutions that enhance product visibility and shopper engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
