Our client who are a not-for-profit organisation based in Gloucester are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their small friendly team on a part-time permanent basis. This is a rare and unique opportunity to join an organisation who provide accessible facilities and inclusive activities to people of all ages throughout Gloucestershire. The staff who work within the organisation are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others and there is a real team buzz! They are looking for an individual who is experienced in a senior financial role and committed to building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders at the charity. Responsibilities: -Providing financial oversight to the organisation -Reviewing monthly payroll -Production of monthly management accounts -Managing contracts -Managing the annual budgeting and business planning cycle -Managing ongoing services including VAT, audit, banking and investments -Ensuring statutory financial responsibilities and reporting requirements are met -Managing production of annual accounts through liaison with Auditors -Responsibility for ensuring the appropriate UK tax, accounting and other appropriate legislation -Monitoring, reviewing and managing key risks to the organisation -Improving processes and systems and driving a value for money culture -Financial aspects of grants applications Hours 3 days per week Salary £35,000 pro rata + onsite parking TPBN1_UKTJ
