With many years of experience within the Lettings, property management and residential sales market, our fun and vibrant family run client, who specialise in the Gloucestershire Property Market, are now looking for an ambitious and driven individual to enhance their team. This will be on a full time permanent basis within their bright and spacious office in Gloucester. Our client pride themselves in offering a full range of professional property services whilst providing the best possible customer service to always meet the needs of both client and customer.
To be considered for this role you must be a highly motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed. You must be willing to work alongside the small and close-knit team to support the needs of the company as a whole. They are a supportive company with a flexible approach. Your work will be valued and you will be given the opportunity to grow with the company as well as being offered support with industry specific qualifications.
Responsibilities:- Generate and book valuations (with the option to carry out valuations as part of your role in the future)
- Book and conduct property viewings
- Manage applicants within the database
- Negotiate offers
- Liaise with Solicitors, Mortgage Brokers and all other parties involved in the house buying process as and when required
- Agree and progress sales through to completion
- Manage your own portfolio of customers
- Answering incoming enquiries over the telephone and email
- General administration tasks related to sales and lettings
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Experience within the property industry highly advantageous
- Experience of working within a sales environment (retail / hospitality)
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service with strong communication skills
- Resilient, with a positive and motivated attitude
Salary: Basic salary of £25,000 with a realistic OTE of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum + a bonus scheme and free parking, as well as funding towards industry specific qualifications.
