Our client is the global leader within their industry! Headquartered in Staverton, Cheltenham they successfully delivered over 300 facilities across Europe, North America, Australia and Africa and they were recently featured in the Financial Times 1000 and ranked in the top 500 of the fastest-growing companies in Europe.

They currently require an experienced individual to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. Your role will be dedicated to the collection of all technical documentation and you will be required to work collaboratively with the team, sharing knowledge and best practice. You will ensure accuracy, distribution, compliance, version control, confidentiality and maintenance of documentation for retrieval.

Travel will be required to visit various sites along the M4 corridor therefore, to apply you must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities:

-Organise and manage technical files, drawings, and documentation with precision

-Ensure technical files and drawings are pushed through the project workflow correctly

-Expedite & track technical documentation

-Promote collaboration between clients, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors

-Implement and improve documentation review processes to ensure simplicity and effectiveness

-Responsible for collation of technical / commissioning documentation at project handover

-Track all incoming and outgoing technical documentation, including logging in registers and issuing

document transmittals

Candidate Attributes:

-Previous experience of document control or commissioning

Excellent communication skills at all levels

-Ability to work to own initiative as well as part of a team

-Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Knowledge of engineering / manufacturing industries

Hours: Monday Friday, 8:30am 5:30pm

Salary: Highly competitive depending on experience (able to disclose upon application) + leading benefits package including private healthcare and access to mental health wellness and other wellbeing resources, an onsite gym, a state of the art coffee machine and free parking
