The office is small and you would be one of three so the ability to work alone is essential.

Responsibilities
- To support sales development, through the timely processing of orders and by providing operational support
- To help make sure data and marketing materials are up to date
- Coordinating advance payments
- Handling the receipt and dispatch of sample parcels to clients
- Maintaining and organising general filing systems
- Conducting research for new projects when required
- Preparing and distributing marketing mailings
- Providing additional administrative assistance as needed
- Managing trade and rights orders using Excel
