Our client, an independent and highly successful leasehold management company, are currently looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join their close-knit collaborative team on a full-time permanent basis from their offices in Gloucester.

You will act as a vital support to two property managers, aiding in the smooth running of a busy property management department. No prior experience within the industry is required; however, to apply you must demonstrate good organisational skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and strong communication skills at all levels.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the day-to-day management of residential developments
  • Coordinate contractors and oversee regular maintenance, inspections, and repair works
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, leaseholders, tenants, and contractors, responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Support with scheduling appointments, meetings, and resident communications
  • Conduct regular property visits and ensure compliance with relevant health & safety regulations and property legislation
  • Maintain accurate property records, financial information, and departmental reports
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Property Management team as required
Candidate Attributes:
  • Exceptional customer service experience
  • Highly organised with excellent time-management skills
  • Professional, confident communicator
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch (flexibility required for appointments)

Salary: Circa £13 per hour depending on experience
