Exciting, rare opportunity to join an innovative, dynamic company based in Tewkesbury, working as Project Coordinator in a fast‑paced design and production department for a thriving business. This is a hands‑on, detail driven role where no two days are the same! This is a role for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys variety, and takes pride in keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish. Reporting to the Projects Team Leader but working closely with management, design, warehouse & installation departments within the company to deliver a first‑class, timely service to their clients.

Based within the modern recently refurbished offices as a Project Coordinator you will manage your own portfolio of client projects, ensuring every detail is managed with accuracy and care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking client briefs and preparing accurate quotations.
  • Processing customer orders from supplier purchases through to delivery/installation.
  • Raising client invoices and approving supplier invoices for accounts.
  • Managing queries, resolving issues, and managing complaints professionally.
  • Providing month‑end work‑in‑progress data for all projects under your control.
  • Maintaining financial accuracy to ensure all project costs are captured.
  • Supporting the wider production administration team during holidays/sickness.

Full training will be provided.

Candidate Attributes:

  • Strong communication skills – verbal, written, internal and external.
  • Excellent organisational ability and confidence prioritising workload.
  • The ability to work independently, as part of a team, and under pressure.
  • An understanding of logistics (beneficial but not essential).
  • A willingness to learn, adapt and rise to new challenges.
  • Experience in manufacturing or print beneficial.

Hours: Monday – Friday – 9am – 5.30pm – 1 hour for lunch

Salary: Competitive and negotiable depending on experience
