Our well‑established manufacturing client based in Tewkesbury are currently recruiting for a Customer Account Manager to join their team on a full‑time, permanent basis. This is an exciting time to join a business with big growth plans!
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Develop a clear understanding of customer commercial and delivery expectations
- Proactively manage customer communications, quotations, order status, and delivery updates
- Identify account growth opportunities through product introductions, upselling, and cross‑selling
- Work closely with internal teams to prepare and manage quotations and proposals
- Manage customer orders from quotation through to delivery and aftersales support
- Support the resolution of customer queries and concerns in line with procedures, ensuring timely feedback and closure
- Maintain accurate records and produce regular account performance, revenue, and service KPI reports
