Our Italian owned client deals with some big, well-known brands such as Ferrari and Bugatti! They have a small office in Cheltenham and require a permanent Team Administrator to join them with your main focus being to support operations and ensure a seamless order management process from start to finish. You will ensure the accuracy of order data, coordination of shipments and the processing of invoices.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process orders ensuring all information is entered correctly
- Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on order progress and shipping / delivery timelines
- Maintain up to date customer and order information on inhouse systems
- Support with invoicing and assist with documentation and reporting as required
- Contribute to the company's continuous improvement efforts aimed at streamlining processes
This role could suit someone with previous experience within an office, as well as bright trainee individuals who are maybe graduates or that have worked within retail / hospitality and have transferable skills, with an excellent attitude towards learning. Our client will provide training and support!
