Our forward-thinking, successful client in Minchinhampton, Stroud is looking for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join their lively team dealing with a range of clients including high-end clientele. This is great opportunity to work within a small but dedicated team within a company that can be flexible for their employees, including potential early finishes, social events and more. This business also has free, on-site parking and provides breakfast for their employees on Fridays! Main Duties: – Answering incoming calls. – Liaising with clients to obtain missing documentation. – Accurate data entry onto various Excel spreadsheets. – Filing, stationery stock control and ordering of sales brochures. – Ad hoc support to the Office Manager and the sales advisors. Key Skills: – Excellent written and verbal communicator. – Highly organised individual. – Enthusiastic attitude. – Confident and friendly telephone manner. Hours: 31.5 hour working week (Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 5pm – early finish Friday at 4pm) Salary: £14.65ph + free lunch on Fridays
