Due to continued success, they are looking to recruit an experienced Estate Agent to join their friendly, ambitious and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate property sales to achieve agreed targets
  • Conduct property appraisals and prepare marketing information
  • Manage buyers and sellers throughout the sales process
  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors and all parties involved in transactions
  • Generate mortgage referrals and promote the company's additional services
  • Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system
  • Ensure compliance with current legislation and company procedures
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from instruction through to completion
Candidate Attributes:
  • Previous estate agency experience within residential sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent knowledge of Stroud and the surrounding areas
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Professional, reliable and self-motivated approach
  • Full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle
Salary & Benefits:
  • Realistic OTE of £35,000 +
  • Competitive base salary
