Our client, a fantastic, friendly educational organisation near Cam (Gloucestershire) is looking for a Receptionist to join their supportive team in a busy and varied role.
This role will be 25h per week, Monday β Friday, term time only. This is a fully on site/in person role, therefore home working will not be permitted. The successful individual will be required to undertake (and pass) a DBS check- this will be arranged by the organisation.
Key Duties
- Greet and assist all visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and efficiently.
- Serve as the first point of contact for students, staff, visitors.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as part of the wider support team.
- Ensure processes comply with regulations and policies.
- Maintain accurate records of staff and student movements and attendance during off-site learning activities.
- Respond to queries related to off-site activities efficiently and accurately.
- Uphold confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information in line with organisational policies.
- Collaborate with other administrative and support staff to meet school objectives and deadlines.

- 8:30am β 1:30pm

- 11:00am β 3:30pm
