Job Description:

Our family-run business based in Gloucester is currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join their expanding team on a permanent part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous accounts experience looking to join a reputable business.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Manage sales and purchase ledger functions
  • Process purchase invoices, mainly using order numbers, and liaise with colleagues to resolve queries
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Make bank payments
  • Process customer payments and create sales certificates/invoices
  • Answer phone calls and redirect to relevant colleagues
  • Perform occasional administrative tasks

Candidate Attributes:
